So I got wrapped up in all the Christmas fun and then break with Casey that I stopped posting. Just in case you wanted to see what we did for the last half of the activity advent calendar here are the photos.

Snow Day ( we made snow angels, a slide, and played with the neighbors)

Make neighbor gifts

Visit Santa's reindeer and watch ice sculpting

Put together a large gingerbread man puzzle (Spencer LOVES puzzles)

Make snowmen out of milk jugs

Ride the train to Salt Lake and see the lights at Temple Square

Watch a Christmas movie as a family

Play silent night memory (thank you pinterest for the cute idea)

Bake cookies for Santa
Day 24:
Participate in the Erickson's annual Christmas party and open 1 gift
Oliver wasn't quite sure of the snow. He kept trying to eat it but then crying because it was cold. Needless to say he didn't stay outside that long.
Spencer on the other hand could spend all day outside in the snow. I love seeing his bright little nose when he comes inside.
The ice sculptors were amazing or at least I thought so. Maybe next year Spencer will want to watch them more.
Santa's Reindeer
This has become one of my favorite photos of Spencer. He was performing on an empty stage but took 2 seconds (that's not exaggerating) to smile at me. I love this boy.

Here's the completed gingerbread puzzle. It's quite amazing how good Spencer is at puzzles. He is now up to 100 piece puzzles and doesn't seem to have issues with them. Even though he doesn't look like me he does have some of my interests puzzles being one of them.
These were super easy to make so keep them in mind for a fun activity next year.
Reagan and Cooper joined us on our trek to Temple Square. It was freezing cold out so we didn't spend that much time outside.
On our way to the food court for dinner we walked through Macy's. Spencer was waiting for us with this nice lady:)
Oliver was asleep in the stroller so that is why he wasn't in the photo. He was probably a lot warmer than all of us in the stroller.
We were lucky enough to experience hitting a deer in the train. We heard lots of crackling noises and saw blood splatter on our window. It was a good learning lesson for the kids. Don't play on the tracks!
This photo should have been up at the top. These are our neighbor gifts. We dipped oreo cookies in white chocolate and sprinkled them with candy cane's. We put lollipop sticks in them and then delivered them. We got some requests for next year even though we'll probably be making something else.
I made "grinch punch" as a treat for us while we played silent night. Spencer really liked the punch.
Guess I'll be the card dealer next year:)
Yes, we really let Oliver have a taste of the grinch punch. And, yes of course he liked it!
Baking cookies for Santa. We just made sugar cookies and let him frost and decorate them.

Spencer helping with the Christmas story. Usually we do a pageant and the kids dress up, but it didn't work out this year. My grandma still had a cute way of doing the Christmas Story though.
The boys opened 1 gift each on Christmas Eve which were their Christmas PJ's. Before bed we put out the cookies and Eggnog for Santa as well as carrots for the reindeer. Spencer had to try everything before going to bed.
