It wasn't long after we returned from our summer travels that Casey participated in a local triathlon. We woke up early on a Saturday morning and cheered him along. The cheer squad thinks he placed as well as he did because of all their spirit! We're proud of you Casey!

After all the waiting we saw him for maybe 5 seconds on his bike.

After swimming a mile, biking 56 miles, and running 13 miles he still had enough energy to carry Spencer across the finish line. What an amazing dad!
Seriously what a guy! That just made my whole day, I would have loved to see that!
