Hanging around the house

There's never a dull moment in our house.  The boys keep us moving and guessing all the time.

Our dear friend, Dylie, came over to play and the next thing I knew we were building a fort.  I think those two dragged everything from our house into their fort.

This is how I found Spencer one afternoon after feeding Oliver.  He was too tired to climb into his bed for a nap.

No cabinets are safe anymore!  Oliver is into everything which leaves our house messy at times (I don't mind these kinds of messes though).

When there's nothing else to do climb into the washing machine and play a song on the recorder.  (Breathe Mom.......They were supervised the whole time)

The fridge never looses its excitement!  I swear the door is always open and someone is grabbing food or playing around inside.

Thanks Corinne for taking our picture mid Wrestle Mania.

Ahoy Matey!

Spencer woke up one morning and informed me that he was a pirate.  Throughout the day he would throw in some pirate lingo like Argh!, Avast ye!, and Blow me down!  He asked me to make him an eye patch.  He loved his eye patch so much that he wore it for most of the day.  Oliver on the other hand wasn't sure about being a pirate or wearing his eye patch.  I'm excited for this next stage with Spencer - imaginary play. I see superhero capes in our near future:)
